I have been running a utility survey for an Army installation using SDSFIE and ArcPad 7.1 for about 6 months now with relatively few problems except for the fact that in the auto generated attribute entry form, the subtypes for all the features I had checked out would all display in every features list box. This was fine as long as the people doing the data collection knew which subtypes belonged with which layers as to not violate the DB's constraints. Last week I installed the newly released service pack for ArcPad which was supposed to fix some bugs such as the aforementioned issues. However, once installed, this new version (Arcpad 7.1.1) now will only display the subtype for only one of the features checked out. That is to say that if I check out tower points, electrical switches, and exterior lighting points, the attribute edit forms that arcpad creates will have the subtypeid values for switches in every different layer. It only does this when more than one feature is checked out at a time. If one checks out only one feature it works perfectly. I am currently trying to work this out with help from people on the ArcPad forums, but I was wondering if any other SDSFIE users were having these issues as well. Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks and have a great day.
